These terms govern your use of this website and any booking or enquiry you submit through it to Blade & Bristle ("we", "us").

This website is operated by Blade & Bristle.

Blade & Bristle offers online appointment booking through this website for haircuts, beard grooming, and related barbering services.

Blade & Bristle offers a contact form through this website for general enquiries.

Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee your requested slot until we confirm it by text or email.

A deposit may be required to hold certain appointments, particularly for longer services. Deposit amounts and terms are confirmed with you directly at the time of booking, and are not processed through this website.

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment free of charge with at least 4 hours' notice before your scheduled time.

Cancelling or rescheduling inside that 4-hour window, or not showing up for your appointment, forfeits any deposit paid for that booking.

You agree to provide accurate contact information when submitting a booking or enquiry, so that we can reach you about it.

Please arrive on time for your appointment — arriving significantly late may require us to shorten your service or reschedule it, depending on availability.

If you're not satisfied with a service, let us know within 7 days of your appointment and we will make it right at no additional charge, subject to a follow-up visit at our shop.

This website does not process payments directly. Services are paid for in person at our shop, or by whichever payment method we confirm with you directly for a deposit.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Blade & Bristle's liability arising from your use of this website, or from any service booked through it, is limited to the value of the service you booked.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
